Bible Message for you - January 31, 2014, Friday - How to Have a Better World?

All of us dream of being happy and living in a world without violence. A world full of people loving each other, helping,  sharing and fighting for justice.

Although it seems impossible, I am sure that if we follow God's commandments, we can make It become true.

Let's compare the acts of the Sinful Nature versus Fruit of the Spirit, that God provide for us.

1-True Love.

1 Corinthians 13

4- Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 
5- It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no 
     record of wrongs. 
6- Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 
7- It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres


2-Those who follow God's commandments should be full of the Holy Spirit

 Galatians 5

22 - The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness,
        faithfulness, 
23 - gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 
24 - Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and 
        desires. 
25 - Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 
26 - Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

3-  But, what we see in this world is:

 Galatians 5

19 - sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 
20 - idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, 
        dissensions, factions 
21 - and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those 
        who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

So,

        Choose Jesus Christ and contribute for a better world!
        More than that:You will have the eternal life.

If these things are clear to you, happy are you if you do them. - John 13:17

Jesus said to her, Did I not say to you that if you had faith you would see the glory of God? - John 11:40 

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the harmony of the Holy Spirit, be with you. - 2 Corithians 13:14
